If you place an order for delivery on a day that we are closed, we will contact you and offer a refund or delivery of your order the next business day that we are open.

All prices quoted include GST for orders placed within Australia.

Images found on this site are used as guides only and may not be exactly the same as the final product.

Every effort will be made to create an arrangement of the shape, size and colour and using any flower varieties specified, according to the order description. Flowers by W reserves the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific flower types and colours.

Although we will endeavour to create arrangements that closely resemble your selection, please allow for changes in availability and seasons.

Please take the time to read our descriptions as some images are an example of what you may receive as it is a “seasonal’ style choice!

PURCHASE OF ALCOHOL

TO PURCHASE ANY OF OUR WINE RANGE ADD ONS, YOU MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS AND THE RECEIVER MUST ALSO BE OVER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS.

Flowers by W supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol and you may only purchase alcohol from us if you are aged 18 years or over.
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years. It is an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor from another person.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree that:
Both you and the person(s) receiving a delivery of goods purchased from our website are aged 18 years or over.
You will not exceed the permitted alcohol limit of 1.5 litres (approximately two bottles) per recipient.
You will only be able to purchase alcohol with another product of equal or more value. You can not have only alcohol delivered.

DELIVERY

*Please take care in providing correct delivery details!! It makes for a smooth ride!

Choose your delivery date carefully.

All flowers and gifts are delivered with utmost care.

If you would really love your flowers delivered on the same day, give us a quick buzz and we will let you know if we are able to deliver your blooms!

Delivery charges are determined according to suburb and delivery costs will be added to your order before processing.

If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the Product, the Product will be left in a safe, weather protected spot at the delivery address specified as we see fit.

If the incorrect Delivery details are provided or we are unable to gain access to the property due to locked gates or barking puppies, we may need to return the product to our store and contact you to arrange re-delivery which may incur a re-delivery fee!

If you choose not to pay an additional delivery fee and would prefer a refund when incorrect delivery address details are provided we will provide you with a 75% refund for the cost of the flowers. The delivery fee will not be refunded as we must allow for the time taken to create and deliver your arrangement etc.

If your address is NEW… Please leave us instructions as we do rely on Google maps to find you!

Please let us know If you would like your flowers delivered by a certain time, We do endeavour to get all of our deliveries out and to their flower lovers promptly!

DOGS and our SAFETY

Here at Flowers by W, we love all dogs, big and small.

However, even the cutest most mild mannered dog can feel strong protective instincts towards their territory and loved ones.

For this reason, although we are fully committed to ensuring your delivery is completed, if our couriers feel unsafe attempting to deliver to a location with a dog that is unsecured, we may not be able to complete your delivery as scheduled.

In the event that this occurs, we will get in touch with you to organise a new delivery time or location

GOODS RETURN POLICY

Although we conduct thorough quality control on our products, we are dealing with organic products and on rare occasions this product may not meet expectations.

In these instances, we will do right by our customers and rectify legitimate queries regarding products which fall beneath our high standards. 

In order to do so, we require that a photo of the product be taken and sent to our email address floral@weventsgroup.com.au within 48 hours of the order being delivered. 

Good/s will NOT be refunded where there has been a change of mind, or after the 48 hr period.

You can also give us a call at 07 5633 5247, however, without a photo within 48 hours, we are unable to provide our full range of solutions to rectify the issue.


Once we are satisfied with your concerns we will either replace the good/s or issue a refund for the purchase price of the applicable item and the original freight that we charged within 7 days of receiving the returned good/s.

We will always work with you to rectify a problem, so please be kind - We make and deliver all of our blooms with love, however please remember we are also all human! - and we are dealing with fresh product!
